The Holly Grove Community has invested a great deal into the Holly Grove Fire Department over the years and have a lot to offer as far as hosting non fire department activities to the community. Some of the activities held at Holly Grove Fire Department in the past have been birthday parties, retirement parties, group meetings, college classes, concealed carry classes and much more. Listed below are the requirements you must meet to reserve the station for a non fire department event.
• Be 18 years of age or older,
• Reside in a household with in the Holly Grove Fire District and pay Holly Grove Fire Tax,
• Be 18 years of age or older and a Member of the Holly Grove Fire Department.
• Holly Grove Fire Department Member: No Charge
• Holly Grove Fire Department Non- Member:
Monday Through Friday 7 am - 6 pm and Saturday 10 am - 6 pm : No Charge.
After Hours including holidays $50.00 for the first 2 hours and then $20.00 per hour.
The charge is to compensate a member to staff the station during the event. We require a member of the Holly Grove Fire Department to be present at the station for the duration of any non fire department activities. This is for the safety of our guest and to ensure that all rules are obeyed and all responsibilities are carried out.
Scheduling an Event:
Request to use the station shall be made 60 days prior to the date of the event. We will notify you at a minimum of 30 days prior to the event to inform you if the station will be available on the requested date and time.
